In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Intellectual Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gray AerialVisual and Grayson Bertaina and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Payment Methods

This Website accepts cards and linked payment accounts. These Payments are procesesed securely through SnipCart and Stripe API and Gray AerialVisual is NOT responsible for sensitive information. This information goes directly to the payment gateway and is invoiced remotely.

Refund Policy

At Gray AerialVisual, we want to provide quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, you can notify Gray AerialVisual within 14 days for a full do-over or partial refund. It is the responsiblity of the client to reach out for corrections or updates to their product. For Web Design, Gray AerialVisual will provide unlimited adjustments up to six months from project start for free. Later adjustments are on the discretion of Gray AerialVisual .

Privacy Policy

Gray AerialVisual will not share your sensitve information with outside 3rd parties. Your information will be processed by secure payment gateways. Note that your contact information can be used to send marketing and promotional advertisments and service-based information in the future at any time. Gray AerialVisual reserves the right to cancel or terminate any account at any time, and to contact you at any time.

Client Payment for Services

Any use of our services constitutes an agreement to these terms. The client agrees to pay the price of the service by hiring Gray AerialVisual in any capacity.

FAA Qualifications

What is required to fly a drone in the United States for profit?

Drone pilots are required by the FAA to register their drones over 250g, regardless of the purpose of the drone. For commercial purposes, drone pilots are required to have an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Grayson Bertaina has an active FAA Part 107 Certificate in addition to a Private Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating. To earn an FAA Part 107, a drone pilot must:

FAA Part 107 Pilots must, at all times, abide by all applicable regulations during sUAS operation. To operate in controlled airspace, pilots must use the LAANC automated authorization system (if available) or contact the local air traffic control agency prior to entry into the National Airspace System.

Insurance Coverage

Does Gray AerialVisual have insurance?

Yes. Grayson Bertaina (Owner, Pilot) carries commercial sUAS insurance through BWI insurance with Global Aerospace Inc.
